The reception staff were helpful, especially with local information. the rooms are well-kept and i found them to be of a good standard. the bed was great. I slept very well. the location is very good with a short walk to the closest beach.
Soundproofing could be improved. I heard activity in the corridors.

The breakfast was excellent, I loved the variety of options, like fruit, bread, meats, and cereals. The location of the hotel was convenient. The blackout curtains in the room were effective, I found the bed very comfortable.
The hotel did not provide a kettle or water heater in the room. Drinking water was not provided either. This was inconvenient for making tea or coffee.

The staff displayed kindness. The breakfast area was well kept and clean. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I noticed the staff worked hard to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

i loved the hotel's convenient location near the promenade! check-in was super fast and professional, and anna at reception gave awesome restaurant recommendations. rooms were newly decorated and modern, a real treat!
The bathroom lacked total privacy! its open design with see-through glass wasn't ideal for traveling with family. It was a bit awkward.

the location is near the sea and shops it is also a short walk to the city centre. the staff at reception was very professional. rooms were recently decorated i found them modern.
sound proofing is poor i could hear activity in the corridors especially early in the mornings.
