The room had a twin bed and balcony. the air conditioning worked very well. The room temperature remained stable. the modern bathroom was very clean with daily service. the hotel staff always assisted with any request and i felt welcome.
I noticed an issue with the soundproofing. i could hear noise from the hallways. It sometimes disturbed my sleep.

early wake up inconsistent service
the room cleaning wasn't consistent. one morning, housekeeping woke me up quite early. i called the front desk and learned the standard cleaning hours, but it still happened again the next day. also, i requested some tableware one evening, and i was told i needed to come downstairs to get it myself.

cramped room requested toilet brush
the staff were pleasant enough, and i suppose the triple room with balcony did feature a balcony.
this room was a joke though. it was advertised for three girls but you couldn't swing a cat, let alone find space for luggage. and to top it off, needing to request a toilet brush from reception is just cheap. who does that?

small room receptionist attitude
i was frustrated. i booked a double room with a sea view but got a tiny room on the first floor. the receptionist, luisa, claimed the hotel was full. this seemed untrue, as there were empty rooms nearby and i only heard other guests speak chinese on the floor.

clean room comfortable bed helpful staff small room limited storage basic facilities
I stayed in a Twin Room Balcony. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful when I needed to book a taxi (they booked it for me).
My triple room felt small for three people. There was not much storage space in the room. The facilities were basic, as there was no kettle.

Satisfied Stay at Convenient Location
convenient location regular service relaxing experience comfortable walk
I found the location quite convenient. It was very close to the bus stop. Regular service made getting around easy. The swimming pool offered a relaxing experience. I also appreciated that many good restaurants were within a comfortable walking distance.
The breakfast options became a bit repetitive after a few days. I hope the hotel considers varying the menu for longer stays.
