great rooms and breakfast

italian vibecomfortable bedfloor heatingexchange fee

i find the hotel to be well renovated. my room was new with a large space, styled with an italian gentlemen's vibe. the bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. i received an upgrade to a sea sight room with stone bathroom and floor heating, i thought this was awesome.

the service i received was poor for a 5 star hotel. when i asked to be charged in euros, i was charged in pounds which resulted in exchange fees. i found this frustrating.

the breakfast was lovely and well organised. it offered many choices and options with fresh orange juice. i also noticed cava and champagne were included at the buffet so guests can enjoy many different drinks.

the staff were friendly and helpful. i seen staff do everything possible to make sure our holiday was magical. so i had a great time.

the location had seaside views with easy access to everything nearby. the hotel has an indoor pool so i swam, fantastic. i took a short walk from the main hotel to the italian restaurant, campillo.
