the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet presented a comprehensive selection. the bathroom was nice. the decor was inviting throughout the hotel.

soundproofing in the corridors to the rooms was poor. noise at night disturbed sleep. guests were often awake due to corridor noise.

the staff was very helpful in directing me to different points of interest.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable. I found the room rather small for the price. also, i requested an additional luggage rack, but it was never delivered, frustrating. the general state of repair in the room wasn't great either.

the room smelled bad when i left. it smelled like a strong electrical thing. the staff was not always helpful with my luggage. no one helped me when i check in.
