the hotel is very close to many sights. staff were friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable. i would consider returning in the future.

the noise from the street outside was an issue. passers by made noise into the early hours. one morning i heard a truck with street cleaners washing the street at ~3am.

the location was quite good.

The room felt quite small. the noise at night was a real problem. I could hear everything from the street below. the refrigerator also didn't work, and i reported it, but it was never fixed.

The staff were helpful during check in.

The room temperature was off I tried adjusting the AC, but it did not work. I spoke with reception multiple times about this issue. They said the temperature should be fine, but I still woke up sweating each night. I think they placed it in winter mode despite the outdoor temperature being mild.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything, with access to many sites. i really loved the pool and sun deck. It was a great spot for relaxation. beds were good. I had restful nights, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. the included breakfast provided energy for the day (especially the fresh pastries!).

the street noise at night was a little louder than i prefer, but it quieted down eventually.

The breakfast included options like fresh bread, fruit, and hot items such as eggs and bacon, so i had a good start to the day. the dining area was clean with ample seating. I found a table easily. coffee and tea were available.

The reception staff provided quick and helpful responses to my questions. I felt supported . check-in was smooth and efficient. I got my room key without delay. the cleaning staff maintained high standards. My room was always super clean.
