a good stay!

I found the staff helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local spots and always greeted me with a warm smile. the sun terrace was a wonderful escape. the option of the pool added a touch of luxury to my visit, and it was super clean.

the street was a bit noisy at night. it occasionally disrupted sleep because of people chatting.

the hotel is very close to many sights. staff were friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable. i would consider returning in the future.

the noise from the street outside was an issue. passers by made noise into the early hours. one morning i heard a truck with street cleaners washing the street at ~3am.

the location was quite good.

The room felt quite small. the noise at night was a real problem. I could hear everything from the street below. the refrigerator also didn't work, and i reported it, but it was never fixed.

The staff were helpful during check in.

The room temperature was off I tried adjusting the AC, but it did not work. I spoke with reception multiple times about this issue. They said the temperature should be fine, but I still woke up sweating each night. I think they placed it in winter mode despite the outdoor temperature being mild.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything, with access to many sites. i really loved the pool and sun deck. It was a great spot for relaxation. beds were good. I had restful nights, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. the included breakfast provided energy for the day (especially the fresh pastries!).

the street noise at night was a little louder than i prefer, but it quieted down eventually.
