The staff were really good! They made sure my needs were met. The two-bedroom Family Room had an extra little room which was a nice surprise. The food service was really quick and the food tasted great!
The pool's underwater lighting could be improved! it would add a touch of luxury.

The staff was very cute. I especially appreciated Leah as she showed me around. She took us to our amazing room. The room had been recently renovated and little towels were laid out in my little boy's cot. A cute, handwritten message welcomed me on my stay.
I had issues with the dinner. The menu choice was excellent for children! though Eleanor changed the time several times. I feel like she is going to be a valuable new member of the team. The breakfast wasn't too busy, and the choice was excellent with an a la carte menu.

i loved the comfortable size of our family room and the very comfortable beds. the location offered lovely views, and i walked easily to the village. the pools were clean and well-kept, and the 5pm story time was a good treat.

the hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. a library offering a quiet retreat. gardens surround the hotel, and i liked the division of dining space for couples and families. story time at 5pm was an absolute joy.

This was my second time here. I appreciate the quality, service, dining, and location. The staff members are consistently friendly and supportive. This hotel provides a great opportunity for a reset from busy life. I plan to return.
