The location is great. Restaurants and shops are close by! the room was clean. the staff were friendly and happy to help.
The shower had low pressure. i woke up with neck ache each morning. The bed was so firm. the pools were freezing cold.

kind manager new sunbeds easier bed
the restaurant manager Bruna were very kind. i met her in august 2024. the hotel got new sun beds. it made it easier to find a bed.
the shower was temperamental. the water went from cold to very hot.

fantastic!
friendly staff delicious food big variety great location
this was my second visit to this hotel and it was amazing again! the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially bruna in the restaurant, she always had a smile for us. the food was delicious and there was always a big variety to choose from. the location is also great, very close to the beach.
the only slight issue i had was that the wifi wasn't very reliable in the room, it was much better in the public areas.

The superior double room included air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the gardens. It had a modern bathroom with a powerful shower. the bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for me. the room size was adequate for two adults.

the hotel has two swimming pools and provided ample sun loungers with umbrellas. a poolside bar. the main pool was a great size for swimming with lots of space to move around. the hotel also has a playground.

The staff were helpful and friendly and always greeted guests with a smile. Mary at reception was particularly efficient. bruna always made an effort to ensure we had everything we needed and provided an really good service. house keeping kept the room super clean!

fresh snacks double room
i stayed in a superior double room it had a balcony the room included a television i had access to a safe deposit box for a fee. the hotel offered gluten-free bread at breakfast i thought this was very considerate the restaurant featured varied and delicious food i liked the fresh snacks available at the pool bar
the gym had limited opening hours i found this slightly inconvenient

comfort room fresh towels available sunbeds
the room was a comfort double or twin room. the room was kept clean daily with fresh towels provided as needed! the pool area was well maintained, there were always enough sunbeds available at any time of the day. the hotel staff were very attentive to our needs.
the evening entertainment was sometimes a little repetitive.
