dry pastries homeless man
The breakfast was a letdown. i had to ask for drinks each day. the pastries were dry. i found a homeless man sleeping in the entrance to the boot room one day. i reported it to reception, but i found him there the next day. it wasn't a luxury hotel. It could do much better.

Service Issues , Ruined Food
unhappy staff inconsistent food
The service was, shall we say , lacking. Restaurant staff seemed actively unhappy to be there, which affected the entire dining experience. Food quality was inconsistent at best. One coffee machine caused a daily queue. I had to ask staff to replenish the salad , which should have been automatic.

small room clogged drain
the location was acceptable, right on the slopes, i guess.
The room was far too small. it was difficult to move around with ski gear. the bathroom smelled of mildew and the shower drain was clogged. I reported this to reception, but nothing happened .
