The hotel's location is perfect for skiing. The ski lifts are just outside the door. The spa included a swimming pool and sauna. The staff members were friendly and ready to help. The beds were quite comfortable!
The breakfast included basic items though there wasn't much fresh fruit available.

A good variety of fresh food was available for breakfast and it was well presented. The hotel bar and brasserie offered gorgeous food and drinks. Dinner buffet options were excellent. The hotel has a cheese fondue and raclette restaurant.

The reception staff were helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags and shower after checkout. The staff ensured our stay was great. Their team was friendly. The hotel accommodated a late checkout!

my mountain view room faced the outdoor disco. the reception toilets were not clean, the litter bins overflowed, and no hand towels were available. the unit in the bedroom had dust, and the staircase needed vacuuming. (i expect better for the price).

the rooms are tiny, i must say. the hotel is old. the prices are outrageous, i paid quite a bit per room with breakfast. the breakfast was rather poor.
