the airport shuttle was very prompt and convenient after i arrived.
the walls were very thin, and i could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms late into the night. although i contacted the front desk to complain, staff took no action. also, the absence of varied food options at breakfast was disappointing.. the menu was limited

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle from the airport. Pick up from the airport was quick and the driver was helpful, I thought. The main deck teammate saw to it all guests got on the morning shuttles. The teammate even called Ubers to ensure all guests got to the airport on time.
The breakfast was very basic, I thought. The fruits and bakery were not fresh. The hotel is directly beside a busy road. It is super loud.

There were no food options available within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel used disposable cardboard plates and plastic cutlery during breakfast.
