convenient locationhallway noise
the location was quite convenient, close to various restaurants and public transportation options.
I often waited a long time. noise from the hallway was also disturbing. I could hear everything. these issues detracted significantly from my stay.

the staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. the lobby offered a great smell upon entering. the concierge provided a complimentary room upgrade as it was my first time. the location is amazing, and bagel breakfasts in bryant park were lovely.
the hotel lacked towel hanging space in the bathroom. there was no desk in the room to use a computer. there was also no shared space to get hot water for tea without a fee.

the room provided a comfortable bed and great lighting. the design felt intentional with everything conveniently located. the room maintained a quiet atmosphere. it was surprising considering the area.

The location proved very convenient. It was quite close to Bryant Park and other attractions. The room provided a Nespresso machine. Staff members encountered were consistently polite.
I noticed no towel rack near the sink for hand towels. The hotel lacked a free common area . Automated texts encouraging lounge visits felt a bit intrusive.

the location was a REAL asset to our exploration. it was close to many key attractions and subway lines. our room was tidy and had complimentary water. coffee. the staff were accommodating and amiable, helping us with directions and recommendations.
the absence of a mini-fridge in the room felt impractical. the noise from the air conditioning was very disruptive. it made it difficult to sleep soundly at times. i found the room servicing was inconsistent, and i felt a Lack of responsiveness.
