The room was clean. It was also very spacious and offered all amenities. The bathroom was super clean (I appreciated this a lot). The staff and the hotel felt nice and cute.

The location is a bit far from the subway. It took 40 minutes with Uber to JFK airport. The room I got faced the railway train and it was noisy all the time.

high noise levelunwelcoming staff

the noise was a big problem. the train tracks are very close, and the windows did little to block the sound. it was hard to sleep well with trains passing at all hours. also, the staff at arrival were not particularly cute, and i did not receive information about the hotel restaurant during check-in.
