elevator situation infrequent room service
the location was pretty acceptable, like right next to penn station or whatever. breakfast wasn't, like, terrible either.
the elevator situation SUCKED. ONE elevator was outta service, so you waited FOREVER. the room service was every other day only, can you believe it? i expect better.

helpful staff clean room comfortable bed varied options
i loved the helpfulness of the front desk staff. danny was fantastic, always cute and ready to assist! the room was very clean, and the bed felt comfortable. breakfast included many options, catering to everyone's tastes, a definite plus!
the elevators sometimes took a long time, it seemed some were out of service, which led to delays.

the hotel is just five minutes from penn station! the main attractions of midtown were also within easy reach, though the street traffic was a little overwhelming.

My king room offered great comfort with a clean setup. I was thrilled! the available window view was pretty nice from the high level, and i could clearly observe the city infrastructure around the building. natural light.

Location was a short walk to Penn Station and major attractions. The rooms have city views, thanks to a big window. Breakfast inclusion meant a variety of choices, though more protein options are wanted.
One elevator was not working . This led to long waits and crowded conditions. I really hope they fix it soon to improve the experience.

My room had a well sized bathroom and a good shower pressure. Bed was pretty good for rest after walking around. A big window let me see all around the city.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and always on hand. They happily assisted with my requests with a smile. The breakfast staff worked hard each morning.

The hotel had a gym with cardio and resistance machines. Free weights and other equipment were also available. I was able to keep up with my training easily.
