i stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday with my family and the experience was amazing. the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. isuru from housekeeping did a wonderful job, taking great care of our room and all our requests. special thanks to elias and supun for bringing me a birthday cake and singing for me it made my day and made me very happy.

the hotel is located near many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the gym provides towels and steam and sauna are available during specific hours. there are direct access to the pool and beach.

the food at the poolside restaurant was delicious. i received thoughtful attention from chef elias in the all-day dining restaurant. there was plentiful food with many different choices available during dining.

we got a room upgrade with a sea view. the rooms are clean bigger and comfy. the rooms were great including all necessary amenities. the rooms are well kept and spacious.

This hotel features a beautiful, well-kept beach with clean sand. The hotel staff ensured clean facilities and friendly service throughout my stay. Free shuttle service to Dubai Mall ran twice a day. I found the kids club to have a fantastic, safe setup near the pool area.
