i stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday with my family and the experience was amazing. the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. isuru from housekeeping did a wonderful job, taking great care of our room and all our requests. special thanks to elias and supun for bringing me a birthday cake and singing for me it made my day and made me very happy.

the food at the poolside restaurant was delicious. i received thoughtful attention from chef elias in the all-day dining restaurant. there was plentiful food with many different choices available during dining.

This hotel features a beautiful, well-kept beach with clean sand. The hotel staff ensured clean facilities and friendly service throughout my stay. Free shuttle service to Dubai Mall ran twice a day. I found the kids club to have a fantastic, safe setup near the pool area.
