adequate stay near the corniche
crowded pool uncomfortable guest
the gym had a good variety of equipment for workouts. deborah and yasir at the front desk provided attentive service. the breakfast had a lot of variety.. the service was efficient.
the pool was quite busy and felt overcrowded. i noticed one guest recording on his phone, and other guests seemed uncomfortable.

wide variety front desk
the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. deborah and yasir at the front desk were particularly helpful.. they ensured my stay was very comfortable. i especially enjoyed the gym, noting that it was spacious with excellent equipment.
the refund was processed to a completely different card. this kind of error is unacceptable, especially from an hotel of this level. i hope the hotel improves its refund process and takes accountability more seriously moving forward.

the quality of food and its presentation were superb here. the club lounge also provided a very nice dinner experience. the ramadan suhoor food was really good with delivery staff explaining each item.

i REALLY appreciated the friendly staff. Ruth at the concierge desk was helpful. The complimentary water in my room was a thoughtful touch , and the fast Wi-Fi allowed for seamless connectivity.
the gym was a bit small and lacked sufficient equipment.

my room had a super clean environment and felt VERY comfortable. The bed offered restful sleep due to amazing pillows. The bathroom had a nice design and offered all essential toiletries.

the food was good , especially the breakfast. I noticed the quality and taste, it was easily one of the best buffet meals i've experienced. I also appreciated the club membership option with dinner included.

staff members were helpful and showed great professionalism. Nidhin were really good too ensure i felt welcome. The concierge services were readily available , and they were very responsive to my needs.

i found the reception staff cute. russell greeted me with a smile, and i observed his dedication . noor and bilal from room service were attentive. i appreciated their quick service and positive attitude.
the mini-bar prices are somewhat high.

old bed poor luggage service
the staff were helpful .
i was not happy with the extra bed. the bed looked old and was on wheels, it wasn't a good experience after a long flight with tired children. also, when i checked out, nobody came to help with my luggage, so i had to carry two large suitcases by myself.

the lobby was beautiful. the staff at the check-in desk were polite. the shopping center connected to the hotel was good , it had a supermarket.
i did not enjoy the limited breakfast buffet.
