disappointing service overshadows beauty

beautiful gardenslong check-in delayempty minibar
the hotel gardens were quite beautiful with views of the city.
upon arrival, i experienced a significant delay of two hours before i could check into my room, this was very frustrating after a long journey. the minibar was also empty, it lacked essential amenities one would expect in a hotel of this caliber, especially given the price. customer service staff seemed friendly, there was a language barrier leading to unaddressed issues.
