a few issues, but overall decent
restaurant staff excellent spa housekeeping services slow reception thirty minute wait grab rail
The restaurant staff were pleasant. The spa service was excellent. I appreciated the housekeeping services provided by Soukaina. She was really on point. The pickup ride from the Borak station was very comfortable thanks to ilyas.
the RECEPTION team was slow, not the friendliest. i waited at least thirty minutes for them to check me in, other guests were annoyed by this. I noticed the same thing on other occasions. There was always a line at reception. I suggest that the toilet HAS a grab rail installed.

super comfy bed immaculate room amazing food high price difficult beach stuck door
the rooms were immaculate. the bed was super comfy (i slept like a log!). the food at the restaurant and for breakfast was amazing. i also found a free bus to tangier centre at 10am and 5pm. it was great for visiting the city.
a simple cup of milk requested for a child was charged at an exorbitant price. the beach area was not easily reachable from the main resort grounds. this required a considerable and arduous journey. i also encountered a persistent issue with the room door. it was consistently stuck and needed force to open and close.

breakfast choices helpful team golf course slow reception missing amenities noisy room
The breakfast had many choices and the team was helpful. The F&B team was great. The hotel has a golf course i visited. (it's a nice perk to have)
The reception staff were slow. There were lines at reception. The room lacked personal touches and some amenities like a hairdryer were absent. I was a little disappointed with this.

quiet courtyard attentive manager
the ground level connecting rooms had a terrace that opened to a quiet courtyard zahia al montassir kept our room perfectly clean the restaurant managers were attentive and professional especially the one in the blue jacket. the staff made my family feel very well looked after they elevated this resort to another level
it was a bit too windy to swim comfortably despite the otherwise good weather

the breakfast restaurant featured ayoub el biyaali who provided attentive service i found the spa area lovely it was also quiet and relaxing. i enjoyed the clean changing rooms i thought the massage was wonderful

The resort offered a smooth transition between different travel experiences. Dining was varied and each restaurant provided great food. Empty beach lounge chairs were available for relaxation. The resort is about a half hour from the city. Excursions are available.
