The breakfast had many choices and the team was helpful. The F&B team was great. The hotel has a golf course i visited. (it's a nice perk to have)
The reception staff were slow. There were lines at reception. The room lacked personal touches and some amenities like a hairdryer were absent. I was a little disappointed with this.

quiet courtyardattentive manager
the ground level connecting rooms had a terrace that opened to a quiet courtyard zahia al montassir kept our room perfectly clean the restaurant managers were attentive and professional especially the one in the blue jacket. the staff made my family feel very well looked after they elevated this resort to another level
it was a bit too windy to swim comfortably despite the otherwise good weather

the breakfast restaurant featured ayoub el biyaali who provided attentive service i found the spa area lovely it was also quiet and relaxing. i enjoyed the clean changing rooms i thought the massage was wonderful

The resort offered a smooth transition between different travel experiences. Dining was varied and each restaurant provided great food. Empty beach lounge chairs were available for relaxation. The resort is about a half hour from the city. Excursions are available.
