excellent stay, super clean room
large roomfree parkinggood bar
The room was large and immaculate! the bathroom was the same. i logged my car at reception. There was lots of free parking available, though i needed to log it. i used the bar and found it very good.

the room had a good flatscreen tv. a table top ironing board and iron were supplied. the bathroom included a shower cubicle. the room smelled fresh and the hallway was super clean.
the stairways needed painting.

the hotel offers on-site parking, a bar downstairs, and taxi service into the city. the bar was quite busy and created a lively atmosphere. it closed at 11 pm, a good time for sleeping.

the location allowed a short walk to the tram into the city centre. an uber ride was also a quick trip into the city. this made getting around pretty easy.

the staff greeted me so warmly. the beautiful man that cooked my pizza is one of the loveliest humans i've ever met. my room was clinically clean and all linens were perfect. there was a nice big tv on the wall, and the bathroom looked new (it was all so charming!).
i stayed in room 2 and could hear the music from the bar clear as day all night. the shower head leaked and the shower tray flooded twice.

the pub serves proper home cooked grub. there is a large selection of lunches and dinner options. the bar offers a large selection of drinks (i found the prices reasonable!).

the hotel is close to the city center. guests can access the city center by bus in about 25 minutes. an uber ride to the city center takes approximately 8 minutes.

excellent room and great pub
comfortable bedspacious en-suitelovely food
the room was a great size. bed was comfortable. en-suite was spacious. everything was as you expect from a room above a pub. staff really helpful, room was immaculate. we also ate whilst there and the food was lovely and reasonably priced.
no one came the next day for change towels or empty bins.

the family room included a fantastic flatscreen television and a sofa. there was also a mini fridge available. a great hairdryer was provided, not a tacky cheap one. ironing board and iron was in the wardrobe.

this location is an inbetween location from home to the ao arena. we didnt fancy staying in the city. food was decent and beer was good. the place is about 15 mins walk to the trams.
