the staff were amazing. the location is a fantastic city center location. the bed was spacious. it was very close to the tram hub, a great advantage.

i could hear other guests' toilets flushing. i think the soundproofing needs improvement. i also had to phone reception to get milk for a brew. this was a small inconvenience.

the staff was lovely and friendly, i can't fault them.

i stayed in a suite i paid extra for, but there was no coffee or sugar for the coffee machine. there wasn't a bluetooth speaker, despite it being advertised and the paint was chipping in the bedroom.

the staff were friendly they provided local knowledge easily. the bar staff made a great cocktail. the location is great close to the centre.

the windows kept the noise out poorly. there was shouting and traffic all night. this meant i recorded the noise on my phone.

i received complimentary prosecco, a pleasant surprise. it made the arrival even more special. the hotel's team goes the extra mile.

my room faced the street below, so the noise levels were considerable. it sounded like a club was nearby. the noise continued late into the night. i also found the minibar water charge quite high at £2.50. i think that is rather expensive.

THE air conditioning did not work PROPERLY. the rooms were located on the top floor, AND the staff did not resolve the issue until i threatened to leave. the space around the bed was minimal. I HAD to climb over the bed TO close the curtains.

I found the sinks very small, making them difficult to use.
