complicated wificold food
I found the wifi access unduly complicated. The routines required were not straightforward at all. the breakfast setup, being self-service, resulted in cold food. additionally, the "hot" water provided for tea was insufficiently heated to properly brew tea. bacon was undercooked

The staff were good in the restaurant. Easy check in was available.
The duvet cover had blood on it. Plus the cups in the room were chipped. i had to wait 20 minutes to access my room because it wasn't ready. i thought that was poor.

The staff demonstrated warm and cute behavior. My room included everything i needed. The pub located next door provided very good food. I tried steak pie. Bar staff provided great service to all visitors (they were always smiling!).
