The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a king-sized bed it was greatly appreciated. the room service was excellent. The room looked brand new each time it was cleaned i really appreciated it. the hotel is a short walk to a beautiful beach, and many restaurants are nearby so many options.
the hotel's adult-only policy seemed geared toward older couples not really suitable for groups wanting a bit more liveliness. i felt a little restricted by the quiet atmosphere the hotel promotes all the time. it did affect the overall experience it really made me sad.

the staff was attentive and helpful providing prompt service at the front desk and in the dining areas. they ensured requests were handled efficiently and with a cheerful attitude. the hotel provided a high level of customer care throughout my visit.

the junior suite was well-appointed and spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed. the bathroom included modern fixtures and ample counter space it helped with organization. daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness i really enjoyed it.

the hotel features both an outdoor and indoor pool providing options for swimming regardless of the weather. the outdoor pool area had plenty of sun loungers available to the guests. the hotel also provided a shuttle service to the nearby beach i used it.
