Location near the gardens and metro station was quite practical. The staff offered useful information about transport options and nearby restaurants.

small room uncleaned room
The location was good and within walking distance of many places.
My room was very small. Space was lacking. There was no closet, just two hangers. The room was not cleaned despite leaving the hotel at 7:30 AM with a request for cleaning.

the front desk operates 24 hours, which i found reassuring. breakfast included various options, and i especially appreciated the availability of fresh pastries each morning. the location was also ideal, close to metro and bus lines. it made navigating THE city simple.
the lobby area felt somewhat small and didn't offer much space for lounging.

the location is very convenient near a metro station. staff members were helpful when i needed directions. breakfast offered fresh fruit platters each morning it was good.

helpful staff tasteful decor complimentary water
I found the staff helpful ,especially with directions and local recommendations. the room was immaculate , the decor was tasteful and calming. i genuinely appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided daily . It was a nice touch.
the elevator was quite small , and sometimes i had to wait a bit during peak hours.

the location was indeed very convenient. it allowed quick access to nearby attractions..
The room size was smaller than expected. there was also a noticeable lack of storage. We only had two hangers available, not enough for our needs.
