the room was large and cleaned daily. ample parking was available. the staff, especially lara and laura at reception, were very helpful.
my room faced a consistently busy road and was noisy. check-in was a little difficult. the hotel internally is not well maintained.

the long driveway definitely made a grand entrance! the architecture throughout the building impressed me. i found a massive car parking area which helped a lot! i could choose from an extensive selection of food for breakfast.
My room lacked instructions for calling reception. I had to use my mobile phone instead.

i found the bed uncomfortable. i booked a king size bed, but i received two single beds pushed together. one bed was higher than the other (this was annoying).
