the staff were friendly. it was a positive aspect.
the room i had was quite small. it faced the interior courtyard which was rather depressing. i expected a better view for the price.

I found the staff helpful and courteous. the location was very central. I could easily walk to restaurants and pubs. i also appreciated the big room with a good bed and pillows (i slept great!).
The hotel is located approximately a 16-minute walk from the central station. It was a bit of a trek with luggage.

the breakfast room offered a relaxing atmosphere with lovely food and pleasant background music, though i didn't have a chance to eat there (i heard it was lovely).

the building features a grand design, exuding a traditional charm, and there is underground parking available nearby for a daily fee of euro 10, a very reasonable rate.

loud air conditioning rude employee
The air conditioning was loud! It was also not user-friendly. Breakfast was also a problem. The employee on duty seemed to be the only one working and was very rude when I asked for coffee from the self-serve machine, telling me it was out of service without any prior notification.

small room food shortage
the location was really central, it was a short walk to restaurants.
the room seemed small for the price i payed. there was no place setttings during breakfast, and there was little food available. i just abandoned the attempt to eat breakfast.

the breakfast room it was lovely. the food was nice, and the staffs service are very great. it a lovely way to start the day.
the telephone in the room was filthy. i think it was definitely not 5 stars level of clean. it's hard to have nice conversation like this.
