The staff provided really good service . The hotel decor featured excellent attention to detail (I liked the automated lighting). I enjoyed the saunas and pool in the spa.
The room lacked sufficient storage space for personal items. The control panel emitted excessive light at night. It would be beneficial to have information about overnight parking costs readily available.

The breakfast was a highlight (I liked the wide choice of options). The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. The location was near the center, allowing easy walking access to everything I wanted to see and do.
The overnight parking was not complimentary and cost 30 euros, which I wasn't initially aware of.

I found the room very comfortable and clean. The public areas were very well maintained. The young man behind the bar gave some helpful advice for going to the Christmas market.
The bathroom was small. The bathroom door opened towards the bed. It was a swing door. It lacked places to hang clothes in the bathroom.

The room was gorgeous, and the housekeeping was GREAT!!! The beds were comfortable. There were two separate sinks for added convenience. The automation of the lighting added to the joy.
