The staff was helpful and always available! They prepared a breakfast to go for my early departure. The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the restaurant. Breakfast offered fresh options in a comfortable space.
The air conditioning was somewhat noisy. I only had one key.

limited breakfasttram noise
The breakfast was quite limited. i found the selection repetitive and not particularly fresh. also, the noise from nearby trams at night was disruptive. it made getting a good night's sleep difficult, even with the windows closed. A faulty air conditioning exacerbated this situation. therefore, the overall experience was diminished by these factors.

the air conditioning did not work unfortunately the room was too warm i opened a window however the outside noise kept waking me that REALLY sucked i could not eat in the hotel for both evenings i stayed they had large groups holding a function wasn't told about this by the hotel
