I appreciated the helpful staff at the front desk. Pedro and another staff member from Argentina assisted my group of 20 with efficiency. The proximity to the metro station was convenient, and a large shopping mall was within walking distance. The room was clean, and all equipment was in good working order. The internet speed was also very good.

The gym equipment was somewhat limited.

the location offered easy access to the city center through the europa fira metro station. the room was large and very clean. staff provided bag storage at check in and check out, it was helpful.

i noticed the hallway carpet had some stains.

I find the location very useful. It is very close to the exhibition center and easy to access. The room included a large bed and a decent shower. Direct metro access to the airport was a bonus. Breakfast included a good selection.

The AC unit did not work in my room. The room temperature reached 26 degrees. This made sleeping uncomfortable.
