fantastic stay
early check-in spacious room easy parking
i secured an early check-in, very helpful. the room was fantastic it was spacious and clean. the location suited my expectations as it was close to the resort and street parking was easy.
i noticed some information about the hotel was missing at first. for example i was unaware that the outside bars were self-service only. i also did not know i needed to get a cup from inside before going outside.

the hotel offered very good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. it provided easy access upon exiting the highway, convenient. the surrounding area felt quiet.

my room included all necessary accessories and felt very spacious. i liked that my 18th-floor room had amazing views of the surrounding landscape. the hotel offered a wide selection of food choices to guests.

amazing stay!
clean room food choice helpful staff
The room was very clean. the food selection in the restaurant had plenty of choices. the staff was very helpful (they always had a smile!). i loved that the hotel allowed us to check out at 12. This gave us time to pack and relax before our departure. the facilities in the room were great, including the spacious balcony.
The information about the self-service outside bars wasn't clearly explained. I had to figure out to get a cup from inside before going outside.

the service staff members were up-to-date with their duties. the reception staff were very nice. the wait staff at the restaurants were helpful and friendly.

The room was spacious with all the necessary accessories. the beds were very comfortable (i slept like a baby!). the premium suite terrace included a table, chairs, and sunbeds. This created a relaxing outdoor space.

easy access great nights clean room limited choice poor food quality british customers
The check-in process went really smoothly. I was able to access the resort easily from the street. The room was clean and spacious! There were two female singers performing. I really enjoyed their sets both nights.
The food quality needs improvement. I observed only limited choices regarding Spanish cuisine. Breakfast seemed catered to the tastes of British customers. It did not work for me.
