The room was clean upon arrival. Regular changes of linen and towels occurred, a detail i always appreciate. The staff were consistently helpful and courteous. The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions and services. Breakfast included a great selection, and i found plenty of choices.
The air conditioning operated adequately, but it was not as powerful as i would have preferred. It could have been a bit more efficient during warmer periods.

I adored the excellent buffet breakfast, a good start to each day. the location was perfect. Everything felt so accessible. i found the room itself quite good.
the pool area needed a bit more sweeping, i noticed.

The breakfast selection was excellent. it had many choices. the drinks and snacks available at the bar were good. the staff there was friendly. the pool was great, although quite deep. Lifeguards were present most of the time.
the room cards often stopped working. i needed replacements almost every day. this was inconvenient and seemed to affect other guests too.

long breakfast queueearly morning noise
The breakfast queue was far too long. I had to wait outside the doors, and it was chaotic. The cleaning staff commenced work early. They woke me at 8 AM every morning by banging around and dragging furniture. I was forced to take an afternoon nap.
