The staff was very cute and friendly. The lobby area had a relaxing atmosphere, and the coffee dock was a nice touch. My room was comfortable. I found the location convenient. It was close to buses and restaurants.
The breakfast offered could use some more variety each day.

The hotel's location is arguably one of the best. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants and fast food options are very close. A riviera extends all the way to Gozo.

The staff members are attentive and polite. Grace, Sara, and Sandra greeted me. They received me in a special way. Their attitude. EVERYTHING went SMOOTH!!!

The location was ideal, near bus stops and food places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with all my questions. I was allowed to store my luggage after check-out. This was convenient. The bed was large and comfortable. Sleeping was a pleasure.

The location is close to the beaches and bus stations, which are convenient. Restaurants, a shopping centre and leisure activities are nearby. The hotel is a little inside the street. You can enjoy a quiet night.

Location was amazing! Bus stops are super close for exploring Malta, and there are many food places nearby. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. My room on the ninth floor had magnificent view, I requested a high floor, and I got it!
The coffee machine was kinda crazy, but that's the only thing I could find wrong!

The rooftop pool provided a nice spot for cooling off after a day, though it is a bit small. I spotted a coffee machine for guest to use. Cleanliness was very much top notch.

This spot is really central. Many shops and restaurants were within walking distance, this means I could grab anything I needed super quick. The markets also are a plus.

Breakfast was great, and the coffee from the machine was super. I saw a customer using the garden doors from the breakfast area was great, however, I didn't have any problems with that. Everything was great.

The staff are really lovely and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. They provided me lots of great recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. This. Fabio is amazing!

the location is good with bus stations nearby and also convenience stores. the party area with bars and restaurants is close too.
i did not like that breakfast was advertised as basic continental, but there was no breakfast. i came down from my room, but there was nothing. when i asked the receptionist, she said they do not serve breakfast anymore. the shower leaked all over the room as it is placed in the middle of the room.

Some Issues During My Stay
lack of privacyslow lift
The shower lacked any privacy. It was right in the bedroom with just a thin, transparent blue curtain. I felt uncomfortable since it did not provide enough coverage. the lift was slow and old. It took forever to reach the 9th floor, and the lights even went out on our last day! The slow lift made moving around the hotel a real pain.
