friendly staff great breakfast awesome air-con street noise hotel bar whistling noise

The staff was friendly and helpful, i loved that. the breakfast offered many choices, it was great. the air-con was awesome. It's quite needed during the summer. we really appreciated it.

Our room faced the street, it was beside the hotel bar so it was quite noisy until 2 am. It was noisy as well! even with the window closed, wind caused a whistling noise. i had a bad night.

fantastic experience!

excellent facilities cute staff fresh croissant cute beach

The hotel had excellent facilities! the staff were really cute and provided helpful information, which i appreciated very much. breakfast was superb, and i loved the hot chocolate and pistachio croissants that came straight from the oven. a cute little beach sits right in front of the hotel. It was a good bonus.

the roadworks taking place outside the front of the building made it very noisy. also, the hotel overlooks the biggest port in europe, which i found interesting, though others might not enjoy it so much.

plumbing issues cleaner action

I experienced an issue upon arrival. I was informed i had to change hotels due to alleged plumbing issues, something i found unacceptable given my short stay. furthermore, upon returning to my room after breakfast, i discovered my mobile phone unplugged and a cleaner using my charger to charge their own phone, my phone was completely flat, unprofessional. the staff also did not provide enough space for everyone at breakfast. One day, i had to wait for space.

The hotel presents a contemporary design. It is very close to the beach, I enjoyed the convenient access. My room was well-equipped, especially the excellent shower. Breakfast offered a tasty and ample selection..

I noticed the parking is public and outside the hotel. Spaces fill up quickly.

The location was near bus stops and the beach. blackout curtains helped me sleep whenever I wanted. staff members were friendly and helpful. the room was big and comfortable. breakfast was tasty. I could order good coffee.

i noticed the hotel lacks its own parking lot. this was a slight inconvenience when i needed to find a parking spot. it would add significant value to have hotel parking.

i appreciated the upgrade to a larger room, complete with a sea view (it really started the day off right!). the staff was professional, cute and very helpful. the hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the beach. the hotel appears newly renovated and has nice finishing touches throughout.
