My room included tea and coffee making facilities. A convenience store is located under the hotel (very useful).

The location is advantageous. it is near mariahilferstraße. The westbahnhof with stores is across the street. the bathroom setup in the room is interesting and practical. i found the water and fruits at the entrance a very thoughtful gesture.
i found the lack of a refrigerator in the room inconvenient. the absence impacted my ability to store perishable items. this limitation affected the overall convenience of my stay.

the room was super clean and well-equipped i was delighted. breakfast offered many varieties of food. the location is also good. public transport is only minutes away by foot, so convenient.
the room had a weird layout with the shower right in the middle with no privacy.

The receptionist was GREAT. I got a quiet room toward the back of the building. The breakfast was varied. It had many options including vegan choices.
I did NOT like the carpeting in the room. It seemed a bit old. The toilet flushing was weak. It needs to be fixed.
