the staff greeted me WARMly and offered a welcome cookie. the room was clean and tidy, maintained to a high STANDARD. air conditioning worked effectively, providing great relief. frequent transport links located just outside provided easy access.
during my stay, i noticed a limited selection of meals available at the bar.

the breakfast had a good variety of food, acceptable.
i was deeply disappointed by the lack of regular cleaning services. i requested at the front desk to have our trash removed and receive clean towels, but regular housekeeping was not part of the service. on the second day, the clothing was carelessly piled together, and some personal items were rearranged. when towels were eventually replaced, i discovered blood stains on them.
