stuffy roomdelayed iron
The room felt stuffy despite fiddling with the thermostat. it never really cooled down, so sleeping was tough. plus, finding an iron was like pulling teeth. I had to ask three times and wait almost an hour. this delay made getting ready in the morning a real pain, impacting my schedule negatively.

The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast offered high-quality organic products. It was a great start to the day! The staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any requests.
The bathroom lacked adequate soundproofing. It compromised privacy. The sliding door did not fully close, and I found this design choice inconvenient.

The tram stop in front of the hotel was very convenient. I appreciated the nearby public parking which cost 8 euros for 24 hours. The staff were friendly and helpful and .
The room lacked temperature control making it uncomfortably cold I could not adjust it to my preference.

Breakfast offered a sufficient selection with options for everyone and fresh fruits and vegetables I noticed. The dining area is near the reception with enough tables I saw. Coffee and tea are available until 6 PM in the dining area.

wonderful stay with great access
friendly staffpublic transportlimited breakfast
the staff were friendly and helpful during my short stay. i found plenty of room in the shower, which i appreciated. the hotel is well situated close to public transportation (it made getting around easy). i think the hotel is in good shape considering it has been operating for ten years.
the breakfast was a little limited. i wish there were a greater variety of hot dishes available. i think a better selection would improve the overall dining experience.
