the staff was always helpful and smiling. the food had so many choices, i enjoyed every meal. i want to thank mr ahmed gamal and ms. ereny, their support made my vacation special. They were very friendly. everything was great!
The pool water was a bit cold. It made swimming slightly uncomfortable. it would be better if it was a bit warmer.

my beautiful pool or side sea view room included a balcony. the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable temperature. the room also has a spacious wardrobe and a large bed for relaxation.

The resort is really nice. Rooms are comfortable and accessible. Staff members are friendly and very helpful. The guest relations team, including Rowan and Mohamed, offered great service. A chef prepared a special sushi meal for my daughter.
The public toilets, especially near the restaurant, lacked cleanliness. This was a problem.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and cute, especially Mr Ahmad Gamal. Everyone seemed happy, helpful, and kind. The shuttle driver was punctual and respectful. I greatly appreciated this high service level.
