excellent stay with amazing service
constant entertainmentattentive staff membersaccessible beachmeal choice
The animation team provided constant entertainment. They had a great attitude. staff members were attentive and polite, even when busy. the hotel has a beautiful, accessible beach close to all facilities. the food was nice. I found many choices at each meal.
the gym equipment requires some upgrades as a few machines were out of service.

The room featured a king-size bed, a small seating area, and a balcony. the bathroom included a walk-in shower, i appreciated the availability of toiletries. Housekeeping kept the room very tidy.

Check-in was fast. Receptionists are professional and polite. rooms were tidy. Cleaning happened every day. beach is very nice. It is sandy and the water is clean. i liked having clean beach towels everyday. beach toilets were perfectly clean, with multiple daily cleanings. showers are also in good shape.
the hotel can get noisy due to fans on nearby buildings.

reception staff called us every day to check our satisfaction and offer assistance. the staff are super friendly and helpful. the behavior of the management is compatible.

food was acceptable, not great, but well for the price. osama in the food court was wonderful, always giving u the plate with a great smile. there are many varieties of food and drink.

The beach is beautiful with a good view. There are good daytime activities. the shows at night are very good. the hotel is beautifully located right on the beach.
