the staff was helpful. my room was large and clean. i found everything very comfortable.
the soundproofing was minimal , so i could hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms. earplugs would be a good idea. there was no closet for clothes or luggage.

The phone in my room didn't work. it was frustrating when I needed to contact reception. I found the floor to be quite sticky. It didn't feel clean at ALL. The room lacked a blanket. I only had a sheet for warmth.

The room I was given looked tired. The TV had limited channels, and the WiFi connection was spotty at best. I can't say I was overjoyed by the absence of TV channels or the poor WiFi.

the hotel is only about 15 minutes from the airport. the rooms were a good size and all essential amenities were available. i received complimentary bottled water.
the soundproofing wasn't great, i heard some noise from other rooms.
