the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good (i especially liked the variety). the hotel provided a transfer service. they promptly gave me another room when the door to my room broke.

basic amenities were not provided and i had to request them. the bathroom had maintenance issues. the shower door was very stiff and hard to slide. the food did not appear fresh (this made me concerned). hygiene standards were lacking.

It saved me so much hassle. the staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my brief stay. my room was clean and well kept, offering a calm space before my next flight. i found the breakfast service very convenient (i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!).

The soundproofing wasn't amazing. I could hear some street noise, but it wasn't terribly bothersome.

i found several issues the sink in the bathroom wobbled and the shower door was difficult to slide staff seemed to handle food with bare hands during breakfast i found this concerning i thought the hygiene standards were not good
