lovely staffsuper clean roomgood facilitiesinsufficient towel space

i found the staff lovely and the room super clean. the facilities seemed very good. i really loved everything.. the area was also nice. the hostel is ideally placed for bus stops and the ski lift.

the towels change was only every 7 days which was longer than i expected. there was not enough space in the dorm to properly hang towels to dry. a fresh towel cost an extra €2.

the hostel includes a kitchen and a tv room . there are lockers available to store skis safely. the hostel provides comfortable beds, clean linen, and adequate heating.

a bar downstairs provides food at reasonable prices. a supermarket is very close to the hostel. breakfast is available, though i did not include it. a good cafe is very close to the ski lift.

the location is great, very close to public transport and nature. the hostel is located in the center. a cablecar is just next to the hostel. it is ideally placed for the ski lift.

the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. they speak english and make an effort to explain everything. the staff are well organised and really helpful whenever needed. the hostel has a 24-hour helpful staff.

The kitchen in the basement WAS convenient. It had everything I needed to prepare my meals! I ALSO enjoyed the chill-out area on the top floor. The staff spoke English and were AMAZINGLY helpful.

The parking NEAR the hotel was expensive.
