used towelspoor organization
housekeeping did not replace used towels. instead, they folded and placed them back. the reception staff asked multiple times if my stay had been paid. they even called my room requesting payment despite my reservation being fully prepaid. the hotel appears poorly organized.

The room has size. It was a superior double room. I saw the provided conditioner and body lotion. I think that rocked! Raul gave me amazing recommendations for food and sights nearby. I used the luggage storage and it was helpful because my flight was later. The location was great to Sants station. That saved me time.
The price felt high. It was just a slight issue. I would totally return.
