The hotel is close to the beach. That was convenient.
The balcony door fit poorly, and the noise from the pool and nearby areas was loud. The 'no hogging' policy for sun loungers was never enforced, and some towels blocked them for hours. I saw the lifeguard frequently on his phone instead of watching the pool, concerning.

the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options! the location was fantastic, close to the beach and shops! i liked the bicycle rental service available at the hotel for a reasonable price. using the bus was easy as it was only a short walk away.
The sound insulation in my room could have been better. I found the noise from the pool and nearby areas quite noticeable.

Just Okay, I Guess
unresponsive staff
The room I booked, a Superior Apartment Sea View, was supposedly sea view, but it barely offered a glimpse. The fire alarm also decided to have a party at 2 AM one night. It rang for what was like an eternity and the staff didn't seem too concerned about the disruption or the possible... you know... fire.

i found the staff very polite and friendly! the room was well kept and it included basic utensils. i enjoyed the ocean view from my room. the location is great since it is right on the beach.
the balcony was a bit small, and offered limited privacy on the lower floors since you can see directly onto balconies from the fifth floor above.

the hotel is easily accessible by bus from both the airport and the city. supermarkets and bike rentals are close by, which i found really handy. the sea is just steps away. what a treat!

There is a big pool with a lovely temperature. It is cleaned every night. plenty of sunbeds and parasols are available . bali beds can be rented for an additional cost. towel service is available with a deposit.
