decent stay, a couple issues

the room was clean, and it had fresh features. the breakfast was diverse. i could find healthy options, even as a vegetarian.
the air conditioning did not work on the first day. i was not offered another room! the temperature regulation seemed central, so manual adjustment was not available.

the staff helped me so much ! they are a real credit to the hotel. nothing was too much trouble. the hotel is stylish and clean. i also had a good back massage in the spa. i really recommend it, food and cocktails were excellent. beds and pillows were an absolute dream.
the air conditioning made noise all day and night. the rooms were very poorly soundproofed. it was pretty annoying, honestly.

the hotel's location is near restaurants. many shops are nearby as well, and it is close to a main street. it is really practical to have everything so close.

The pool area is cozy and beautiful, it is nice. the spa is super relaxing too. I had the hammam and the massage. I thought both were perfect. the hotel has a gym as well.
