the breakfast was acceptable, with a decent variety of options each morning.
The room was too small. the lack of a minibar and room service was also disappointing, especially considering the hotel's star rating. prices in the restaurant and lobby were quite high. I felt i could get better value elsewhere.

The breakfast offered a nice variety of options it was quite acceptable.
I found the lack of free onsite parking unacceptable particularly before high season it caused inconvenience. The à la carte dinner restaurant was also disappointing the set menu lacked kid-friendly choices making family dining difficult. The spa provided a standard experience however it was not special.

The hotel provided transportation to the gondola and back. The breakfast had many options to choose from. The staff was really friendly! The room was cleaned daily and the spa area was well maintained. I found the location excellent and the accessibility to various amenities very convenient.
I noticed that the swimming pool water was cold and contained a lot of chlorine!

The renovated rooms provided ample storage space. The rooms were clean, modern and very cozy. I found that they had thought through all the small details with care.
