practical stay close to transport
helpful staff clean room bus station
the staff was helpful with directions around the city. the room was clean with essential amenities i needed for a short visit. i also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the bus station.
the bathroom door design was a bit odd! it made the floor wet after showering.

shower door privacy concern
the bed was comfortable. the ac worked very well (it was really needed during the hot days!).
i was quite disappointed with the bathroom design. the shower door served as the bathroom door too, a situation i found impractical. the floor got wet easily, and privacy was a concern because of it.

adequate stay near atocha
friendly staff coffee machine missing shower mats lack of sheets
i found the location quite suitable, especially with my travel plans involving both bus and train from puerta d'atocha. the staff members were friendly and helpful, and the coffee machine was CHEAP. the location was beneficial for my travel arrangements.
The sheets were not changed after the fourth night, despite what was advertised. i also noted a shortage of floor mats for the shower area. MY room lacked shower mats. requesting adjustments required multiple trips to the front desk, inconvenient after long days.
