The shuttle service was reliable and on time. This was a welcome convenience.
The room's air conditioning was very poor. The room was uncomfortably warm, even after i reported it. the minibar prices were excessive. A small bottle of water cost almost five euros!

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service TO the airport, which proved convenient. I found the room to be spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities. Breakfast included many options.
During my visit, I observed that phone charging stations were limited. There were few electrical outlets available in the room. The staff at check-in were not very cute upon my arrival.

i received a helpful welcome letter detailing the airport shuttle schedule breakfast and check-in procedures i found the check-in process quick and the staff offered useful information about city transportation my room featured early 20th-century design elements with mahogany furnishings white sheets and soft towels i thought the breakfast buffet had a wide array of fresh options including meats cheeses fruits and eggs.

The location is outside the city center, but close to the exhibition center. the rooms were excellent. the staff were faultless. I found them so helpful.
the check-in service was terrible. i checked in online, yet i still had a long wait upon arrival. the soundproofing between my room and the room next door was non-existent.

The check-in process felt chaotic. I checked in online, yet the line was long. The staff seemed disinterested in my experience. I thought the shuttle service would make life easier, but it didn't. Passengers packed in like sardines. The noise insulation in the room was not good, I could hear everything.

The shower glass partition in the room seemed a little dangerous because of its high sides.
