clean room breakfast choices good location poor insulation twin bed single beds
the room was clean the breakfast had enough choices for food and drinks the location was good it was within walking distance to the park bus stops and markets
the insulation of the room walls was very poor i could hear every word from the next door as a couple i booked a room with twin bed but i got a room with two single beds

convenient location quiet room lovely lobby friendly staff
i found the location convenient near the main station. the room was very clean and quiet despite being in a busy hotel (wow!). the lobby had a lovely design. the staff were super friendly and helpful.

the hotel benefits from excellent proximity to the central railway station. a metro station is also nearby providing quick access to various city points. taxis regularly pass on paseo reina cristina right outside the hotel.

convenient location bus access excellent breakfast complimentary toiletries
the location was convenient to atocha train station. a bus stop right outside offered easy access to the city center. i found the breakfast excellent and satisfying. i appreciated the room having both a fridge and complimentary toiletries plus robes.
the corridor carpets seemed not so clean.

the air conditioning was fantastic. the reception staff was very professional and helpful. i found the location convenient for accessing various attractions. it's easy to walk to retiro park and the art museums!
The bedroom decor felt a bit dated. It could use a refresh to feel more modern.
