the room was spacious enough for my needs .

The noise from outside was constant. It was hard to relax, especially in the mornings. also, the promised city view from my room was partially obstructed by scaffolding. It was a real letdown since i specifically booked that room type. i mentioned it at the front desk, but they didn't seem to care, and offered no solution or discount.

the room was spacious with a sofa, desk, and table. Comfy beds were available. Ample storage space was included in the room, very nice. The bathroom was very clean and well laid out with all we needed.

The member of staff checking us in took phone calls during our check in. This meant she was not focused on us. she didn't give us information about where the pool, breakfast, or terrace were. Only one towel for the pool was in our room.
