fantastic family stay near the beach

i found the hotel's location to be excellent the beach is very close and offers great views from the hotel i loved sleeping with the windows open listening to the sea my family room was spacious with a bed in the main area and bunk beds for the kids there were even beanbags for them to relax on. i also appreciated the the kids squash and hot chocolate station plus the fluffy robes and slippers for pool use were very convenient.
i must admit the music from the restaurant was quite audible in my room it was a bit loud even late into the evening the restaurant should maybe stop the music earlier. i think the noise could be reduced with some simple solutions.

breakfast had many choices and it was very nice dogs were welcome in the dining area i noticed a soft play area next to the main restaurant perfect for families with young children.

the hotel includes a swimming pool and soft play zone for kids plus cubby holes for games and books the cinema looked sweet though i could not use it due to a private function taking place. there is also an outdoor adventure play area available.

the staff were cute and friendly offering assistance whenever needed there was a bedtime milk and cookie stall set up in the evening the staff even helped me find a charger when i had forgotten mine.

the hotel is located very close to the beach with amazing views it's easy to skip across the road to the beach i found parking on the street though this might be harder during peak times.

the family room was large with bunk beds for children and a separate area for adults the in-room tea and coffee facilities were good there were also fluffy robes and slippers provided for pool use making it quite comfortable.

The hotel room featured a partition wall separating our bed from the bunk beds. This setup offered a great solution for family privacy. We found little touches, such as milk and cookies at bedtime (especially chocolate chip), particularly good. Our cockerpoo also appreciated his new ball and dedicated bed upon arrival.
I found the separate hot and cold faucets in the bathroom a bit tricky to manage. The hot water became scalding very quickly.

I enjoyed the food. The cinema was a great idea. I found the staff very friendly and they couldn't do enough for you. There was even a litter picking kit if you was like doing your bit on the beach.
The pool needed to be warmer.
