Romantic getaway

fabulous gardenseasy accesscarpet stains
i found the gardens and grounds fabulous (perfect for a romantic stroll!). The location provided easy access to town and nearby beaches. i really enjoyed having tennis courts available for some active fun and family bonding.
Our room was small with very basic toiletries. i noticed some stains on the carpet. the breakfast wasn't great. the fruits didn't look fresh. It was off-putting.
Location

The hotel sits on a hill with views across the bay. It provides convenient access to beaches plus the town center. Woodland walks start from the hotel, though the return climb is steep.
Facilities
8/10
An outdoor swimming pool is available and is open seasonally. Indoor and outdoor pools both exist. The grounds are spacious and beautifully kept. Tennis courts are on site.
Dining
9/10
The bar area looked nice. The menu seemed limited. Afternoon tea impressed with its atmosphere. Service was efficient.
Rooms
8/10
Our room offered a view. The bed proved comfy. Rooms include two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Rooms are across two floors.
Service

Staff members were helpful and attentive. The waitress was lovely and super efficient. Staff members provided a card, a nice gesture. Not asked about our stay upon checking out.

Excellent stay and service!

helpful staffpeaceful strollsgood roomexpensive drinks
I thought the staff was very helpful with our luggage. The grounds were wonderful and the strolls were very peaceful. I also think our room was in good condition with a nice view of the sea. The parking facilities are also excellent and close.
The bar drinks were very expensive for the location. I find this disappointing since it reduces the value of the service. I wish the price was lower, so I could buy more.
Dining
9/10
Food tasted very good, and the restaurant staff were helpful. I appreciated the great quality and the delicious choices offered. The dining area was also clean and well maintained.
Rooms
8/10
Our room included amenities like a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The room looked tidy and clean. I thought this was important. The bed felt comfortable, and it helped us rest after a long day.
Service
9/10
The reception staff were professional and courteous. They offered support with directions and information about local attractions. I believe that this contributed positively to the visit.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel had amenities, like a pool and a gym, available . The grounds are nicely maintained, and the surroundings are pleasant. I appreciated the beautiful and quiet environment that this hotel provided.

the hotel grounds were fine , and i enjoyed exploring them. my family room was very spacious and clean with plenty of room. the restaurant offered tasty food and excellent service.
my room had only one window, and it faced a wall of other apartments , a little disappointing. the room felt cramped, and the wardrobe was really tiny , i barely had space for my things. the shower screen was too short, so water splashed out , not very convenient.
