the staff was very helpful and friendly. i appreciated the daily cleaning service (it was very thorough). i also liked that the location was central to many restaurants and attractions.
the stairs were a bit steep and narrow (something to consider with luggage). my room faced the street, so it was a little noisy at night. the coffee machine in the room was a bit complicated to use.
